OKRs & Performance Management: Ensure that OKRs are regularly updated and aligned with business objectives, while leading the performance review process to track and enhance individual and team contributions. Systems Engineering or Consulting Background: Ideal candidates will have experience in systems engineering or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) with a focus on building scalable processes and lean, high-performing teams.
