Recibir feedback y realizar ajustes con rapidez sin perder calidad. Proponer soluciones visuales creativas alineadas con el tono estratégico. Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés).
