Produce weekly reports summarizing brand sentiment, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Deliver real-time alerts regarding potential reputational risks or issues that require immediate attention. Conduct monthly competitive benchmarking to evaluate the brand’s performance relative to competitors. Collaborate with the Insights Strategist to interpret findings and recommend strategies to enhance brand reputation. Engage with customers and followers on social media to gather feedback and understand sentiment trends. Stay updated on industry trends in social listening and reputation management to continually refine processes. Qualifications: Proven experience in social listening, reputation management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Familiarity with social media monitoring tools and platforms, such as Trustpilot, Meta, and TikTok. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presenting findings. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects effectively. Critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving in real-time situations. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Create and deliver 8 to 10 original motion graphics pieces per month that reflect our brand identity. Develop animated content combining organic creator styles and branded elements. Collaborate with the production team to align animation with overall video content and design. Localize animation and visual assets for Latin American markets as required. Participate in on-site production efforts to ensure the seamless integration of animated elements. Stay informed on animation trends and techniques to enhance creative output. Qualifications: Proven experience in motion graphics design and content creation for digital platforms. Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D). Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand communication. Ability to effectively collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Experience localizing animated content for Latin American audiences is preferred.
