Responsibilities: Growth Strategy Development: Design and execute strategies for organic and paid growth, driving product adoption and customer acquisition. Team Leadership and Development: Create, lead, and expand the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration. Brand Positioning: Define and execute brand positioning and communication strategies to establish our company as a leader in the AI sector. Social Media Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns on social media, ensuring content aligns with brand identity and engages our audience. User Growth and Retention: Generate and execute user acquisition campaigns (online and offline) and work on retention initiatives to enhance customer experience. Analysis and Metrics: Utilize analytical tools to measure campaign performance, make real-time adjustments, and ensure growth objectives are met. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and technology teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Requirements: Startup Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working in startups, preferably in the technology or AI sector, with a focus on growth and brand positioning. Leadership Experience: Ability to build and lead multifunctional marketing teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Organic and Paid Media Growth: Experience in creating and managing growth strategies through organic channels (SEO, content marketing, social media) and paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Analytical Skills: Experience using analytics and metrics tools to optimize campaigns and make data-driven decisions. Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate marketing strategies and results to diverse audiences, including internal teams and stakeholders. Results-Oriented: Focus on conversion optimization, user acquisition, and company growth. Languages: Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to manage global campaigns and communicate with international teams. Desirable: AI/Tech Experience: Knowledge and experience in marketing within the AI or advanced technology sector. Strategic Vision: Ability to think long-term and define sustainable growth strategies as the company scales.
