RingOS Billing and Payment Application We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing Support Representative to assist our valued partners in effectively using the RingOS billing and payment platform. RingOS enables our UCaaS partners to easily create invoices and collect payments from their customers, ensuring accurate and seamless billing. As a Billing Support Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping partners understand and use this essential tool, contributing to their business success. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to a variety of partner inquiries and support requests related to account setup, billing processes, and product invoicing. - Provide high-quality support through phone, chat, and ticketing systems, ensuring a positive experience for our partners. - Assist with the onboarding and setup of new partner accounts within the RingOS system. - Address partner questions about billing charges, both for their accounts and their customers records. - Process payments, troubleshoot payment-related issues, and help partners resolve discrepancies. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing operations and deliver a consistent, effective experience. - Guide partners on running reports and using platform features for effective billing management. - Actively participate in weekly team meetings to share insights and improve support processes. - Meet departmental SLA and KPI targets, contributing to the overall success of the support team. Qualifications: - Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure. - Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in billing, accounts receivable, or customer service is highly valued. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general comfort with technology and billing systems. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively assist partners. - Basic mathematics skills are preferred for accurate billing and troubleshooting.
