With our AI copilot, Chalán, mechanics can diagnose cars, source the right parts, and manage their business entirely from their phones. We have reached early break-even, expanded across Mexico and Brazil, and are now preparing to scale aggressively in São Paulo — one of the largest repair shop clusters in the world. Purpose: Lead the design and UX of our webapp, website, and mobile applications. Must-Have: 3–5+ years experience designing web apps, websites, and mobile apps. Strong UX/UI skills and experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Ability to translate requirements into intuitive, high-quality designs. Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams. Plus: Experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy interfaces. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Experience with user research and usability testing. Responsibilities: Design user interfaces and workflows for webapp, website, and mobile apps. Maintain consistency through a shared design system. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterations. Prepare assets and specs for development teams.
