With our AI copilot, Chalán, mechanics can diagnose cars, source the right parts, and manage their business entirely from their phones. We have reached early break-even, expanded across Mexico and Brazil, and are now preparing to scale aggressively in São Paulo — one of the largest repair shop clusters in the world. Purpose: Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of webapp, website, and mobile apps. Must-Have: 3–5+ years experience in QA for web and mobile apps, with a development background. Hands-on with manual and automated testing. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks. Ability to write clear test plans and document results. Plus: Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.). Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Experience testing complex workflows or integrations. Responsibilities: Develop and execute test plans for webapp, website, and mobile apps. Conduct manual and automated testing. Collaborate with PO, Tech Lead, and devs to identify and resolve bugs. Implement and maintain testing frameworks and CI/CD integration. Document QA processes and best practices.
