With our AI copilot, Chalán, mechanics can diagnose cars, source the right parts, and manage their business entirely from their phones. We have reached early break-even, expanded across Mexico and Brazil, and are now preparing to scale aggressively in São Paulo — one of the largest repair shop clusters in the world. Purpose: Build robust data infrastructure powering client dashboards, automation models, and integrations. Must-Have: 3–5+ years experience in data engineering, pipelines, and integrations. Experience with Supabase, SQL/NoSQL, ETL/ELT, and dashboard creation. Knowledge of data governance, quality, and architecture best practices. Ability to collaborate with Data Scientists, Product, and Growth teams. Plus: Experience building automation models using client data. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience integrating multiple data sources and feeding client dashboards. Responsibilities: Design and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and integrations. Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency. Work with Supabase and other platforms to feed client dashboards. Build scalable architectures to support automation and analytics workflows.
