Location: Costa Rica (Remote, Eastern Time Zone preferred) About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Digital Creator / Designer to join our marketing team. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager and various departments, including sales and support, to create compelling digital content that aligns with our brand and strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about visual storytelling and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Design engaging digital content, including videos, web designs, animations, and marketing materials using the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools. Web Design: Manage and design website content on HubSpot, utilizing existing modules within the site’s theme. Ability to work with drag-and-drop features in HubSpot is essential. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Manager on various projects, adapting designs based on feedback from team members and management. Creative Strategy: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and other initiatives. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and enhance the visual identity of our marketing materials. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital Creator, Designer, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in video creation, animation, and web design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Canva. Experience with HubSpot, particularly in website design and content management. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency. Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours to ensure collaboration with the team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of marketing and design best practices. UI & UX Designer + Product Management We are searching for a dynamic UI/UX Designer who is embarking on their journey into Product Management. Candidates with UX-PM2 or PM3 certifications and proficiency in Figma are highly preferred. As a small startup, we are seeking a versatile individual who can also contribute to graphic design tasks in the initial phases. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the product team to craft user-centric designs that elevate the overall user experience. Utilize Figma for design prototyping and collaboration. Assist in graphic design tasks to support various projects within the startup. Work on the implementation of products related to our tech. Experience with Figma, Design Systems, UX Research, and Interface Design. Exhibit leadership skills to soon take on the Product Management role.
