Creative Marketing & Brand Strategist

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-centric interfaces for digital products across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring intuitive and engaging experiences to life. Key Responsibilities: Design and iterate on UI elements, page layouts, and design systems for digital products. Conduct user research, create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to understand user needs and business goals. Create branding assets and visual content such as icons, illustrations, and marketing graphics as needed. Ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience aligned with brand guidelines. Test and improve designs based on user feedback and analytics. Maintain and evolve a design system to ensure consistency and scalability. Requirements: Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Graphic Designer in digital environments. Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects (including web and/or mobile applications). Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, or similar. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles. Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, InVision, Adobe XD). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in agile development environments. Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus. Previous experience designing for startups or fast-paced teams is a bonus. Responsabilidades Ser el punto de contacto diario con el equipo de marketing de la marca. Liderar y supervisar la implementación de la campaña en todos los canales (social, OOH, TV, podcast, etc.). Usar herramientas de project management (ClickUp, Notion, Asana o similares) para asegurar entregables on time y con calidad. Colaborar con equipos creativos y de producción para asegurar una ejecución alineada con la marca. Gestionar procesos internos por Slack y Google Workspace. Lo que buscamos +5 años de experiencia liderando cuentas de marketing o publicidad. Experiencia con campañas multiculturales o mercado hispano (deseable). Nivel alto de organización, comunicación y liderazgo. Dominio de herramientas como Slack, Excel, herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (la campaña es en EE. UU.). Plus si tienes: Background en agencias digitales o de influencer marketing. Experiencia trabajando dentro o junto a equipos de producto financiero o fintech. Creatividad y criterio para revisar contenido que conecte con audiencias hispanas.
