Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
