Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. 5+ years of professional copywriting experience Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent writing and editing skills in both languages. Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types and writing styles. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.

What You'll Do: Manage the daily relationship with Latin influencers in the United States. Negotiate and close contracts with brands, agencies, and platforms. Coordinate campaigns and ensure talent meets deliverables. Be the point of contact for legal matters, payments, and schedules. Identify growth opportunities for each talent. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience working directly with influencers. Basic experience in negotiating and signing contracts. Strong communication skills with brands, talent, and internal teams. Organizational skills, follow-through, and positive energy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Plus (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of influencer marketing in the U.S. Hispanic market. Experience in an agency or talent representation company. Connections within the creator industry.
