Location: Remote / Americas - South / Central / North Why This Role Matters If the last decade was about building People Operations functions, the next one will be about reinventing them. We’re helping organizations scale output, not headcount — by embedding AI directly into the workflows that power all aspects of business, including recruiting, HR, and people strategy. We’re not just implementing tools; we’re redesigning how work actually happens. As one of our earliest hires, you’ll work directly with the founders to help define the playbook for how AI gets adopted across People Operations — not just at one company, but across an entire generation of them. You’ll collaborate with bold, high-profile clients, translate chaos into clarity, and shape how the modern workforce thinks about AI-driven performance, experience, and productivity. This isn’t a “consultant” role in the old sense — it’s part architect, part anthropologist, part sherpa. You’ll be defining the future of work from the inside out. What You’ll Do Using our proven frameworks and playbooks, you’ll: Understand the work: Meet with recruiters, HR partners, and managers to map processes, handoffs, and pain points across the employee journey. Clarify the data and policies: Identify what’s tracked, where knowledge lives, and how compliance and privacy influence operations. Find the openings for AI: Pinpoint high-impact use cases that reduce manual effort, increase accuracy, and elevate the employee experience. Design practical, human-in-the-loop workflows: Build clear, realistic process flows for activities like job intake, interview feedback, onboarding, policy Q&A, and document generation. Pilot and refine: Test new workflows with select teams, gather feedback, and iterate fast. Drive adoption: Train and coach HR and business leaders to adopt new tools and practices; monitor usage, results, and adoption metrics. Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance to ensure all implementations are compliant, scalable, and sustainable. What You Bring You blend strategy, empathy, and execution — the kind of operator who can move seamlessly between a founder strategy call, an HR system audit, and a whiteboard session designing a workflow prompt. Curious and adaptive: You’re obsessed with learning how AI is reshaping work and always testing new ideas. Hands-on People Ops experience: You’ve lived the scrappy reality of sub-500-person companies and know how to build systems that scale. Data-driven thinker: You see People data as both art and science — knowing how to translate it into insight and action. Change enabler: You’ve led teams through transformation before and know what it takes for new habits to take hold. Trusted communicator: Whether with execs or ICs, you can make complex things simple and new things feel safe. Strong English fluency, both verbal and written, are required at C2 CEFR Level for non-native speakers. Nice To Have Service design or journey-mapping experience. Basic scripting or SQL for quick checks and prototypes. Exposure to regulated environments or global policy needs. Industry Technology, Information and Internet Employment Type Full-time
