The Role
You’ll guide startups and mid-sized companies through the Framework across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Your job is to learn how work really flows, understand the data behind it, spot the best places for AI to help, and turn those ideas into everyday habits the team can trust.
What You’ll Do
Leveraging the framework and playbooks, you’ll plug into our system and:
Understand the work: Interview teammates, observe handoffs, and map how leads, customers, and data move through the funnel.
Clarify the data: Identify what’s tracked, what’s missing, and what needs cleaning or standardizing so decisions are clear.
Find the openings for AI: Prioritize a short list of use cases where AI can reduce busywork, speed decisions, or improve quality.
Design practical workflows: Outline simple, human-in-the-loop steps with clear owners, guardrails, and “what happens if” paths.
Pilot and roll out: Build light prototypes, test with a few users, then roll out with training, checklists, and clear metrics.
Support adoption: Make runbooks and short trainings; track usage; adjust based on feedback.
Advise leaders: Translate findings into plain choices and trade-offs so changes stick across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
What You Bring
A learner’s mentality is critical in the massively changing world of AI.
Hands-on RevOps or GTM Ops experience at startups or companies under 500 people.
Comfort talking to both executives and frontline teammates; you can run a working session and keep it grounded.
Data is a key pillar of our Framework. You don’t just love data, you’re dedicated to leveraging it as art and science to make it actionable. You can define meaningful metrics, work with basic queries or spreadsheets, and set simple data standards.
Real experience putting AI into daily work (e.g., research assistants, follow-up drafting, handoff summaries, QBR prep, routing/alerts) with sensible guardrails.
Change enablement: you’ve helped teams adopt new ways of working, not just delivered a deck.
Strong English fluency, both verbal and written, are required at C2 CEFR level for non-native speakers.
Nice To Have
Familiarity with lightweight automation and documentation tools.
Basic scripting or SQL for quick checks and prototypes.
Experience with post-sale motions and revenue expansion.
