Key Responsibilities: Design and execute marketing strategies focused on growing the talent pool. Manage campaigns across social media platforms and digital channels. Analyze key metrics (e.g., CPA, CTR, conversion rates) to optimize strategies. Collaborate with product and operations teams to align goals and enhance the talent experience. Develop initiatives to connect talents with hiring companies, maximizing value for both sides of the platform. Required Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms. Advanced knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing strategies. Experience working cross-functionally, especially within agile startup environments. Creativity to identify unconventional growth opportunities. Strong understanding of talent attraction and retention strategies, as well as client (hiring companies) acquisition tactics. Desired Experience: 3–5 years of experience in marketing or growth roles, preferably in startups. Prior experience in user and/or client acquisition for two-sided platforms (marketplaces, SaaS). Proven track record of rapid iteration based on data-driven insights. Mindset and Attitudes: Results-oriented and analytical approach. Proactive, with a willingness to experiment and learn from failures. Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
