Descripción del proyecto: Estamos buscando un/a psicólogo/a freelance con experiencia en diseño de herramientas de evaluación personal. El objetivo es recrear y adaptar tres tests existentes para integrarlos en nuestra plataforma digital de manera que sean accesibles, confiables y alineados con nuestra marca. Responsabilidades principales: ●       Diseñar y estructurar tres tests de evaluación personal basados en: ○       Eneagrama (identificación de patrones de personalidad). ○       Lenguajes del Amor (preferencias de conexión emocional). ○       Estilo de Apego (impacto de experiencias tempranas en relaciones). ●       Garantizar que los tests sean válidos psicológicamente y accesibles para una audiencia general. ●       Adaptar los tests según sea necesario para respetar restricciones legales de derechos de autor. ●       Proponer resultados claros y prácticos para los usuarios, sin gráficos complejos pero con información relevante. ●       Colaborar con el equipo para asegurar alineación con la marca y el enfoque de la plataforma. Lo que estamos buscando: ●       Formación en Psicología (especialización en psicometría o evaluación psicológica es un plus). ●       Experiencia previa en diseño y desarrollo de tests psicológicos o similares. ●       Habilidad para procesar y tabular resultados, generando interpretaciones útiles y relevantes. ●       Capacidad para trabajar colaborativamente con equipos técnicos y creativos. ●       Conocimiento básico sobre derechos de autor y adaptación de contenido (deseable). ●       Excelente comunicación y organización. Duración del proyecto: ●       Aproximadamente 4 semanas, con entregas por fases y revisiones periódicas. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping: Accurately record financial transactions, including processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, including bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, supporting tax filings and audits as needed. Audit Support: Leverage your audit experience to ensure accurate financial records and support internal and external audit processes. Budget & Forecast Support: Assist with budget tracking and forecasting processes by providing accurate financial data and variance analysis. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency. Implement changes where needed to ensure scalability as we grow. Collaboration: Work closely with the Accounting Service Manager and other team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis and decision-making. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a startup or small business environment with audit experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills. Experience with financial ERP systems is a plus. Audit Experience: Experience in audit-based work is strongly preferred. Knowledge: Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and tax regulations. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail in financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis. Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions before they escalate. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Why Join Us? This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions.
