Marketing & Trade Manager Position We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Trade Manager to design and implement our marketing plan, aiming to enhance brand value through a strong market positioning. Key Responsibilities Manage communication for brands and enhance the portfolio. Oversee product launches and projects. Develop brand strategies and positioning. Approve new products and evaluate business opportunities/categories. Conduct monthly forecast analysis. Define pricing strategies. Perform market intelligence through analysis and monitoring of competition. Reporting Structure Reports to: Manager of Central America and Caribbean Direct Reports: 1 (Trade Marketing Manager) and 6 indirect reports (Trade Marketing Coordinators) Travel Requirements Frequent travel within the Central America and Caribbean region. Office Location Panama Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred with a postgraduate qualification). Proven experience in the food/consumer goods industry (essential). 5+ years in Marketing (minimum 3 years in a similar position). High learning speed Financial management in companies, preferably start-ups. JOB FUNCTIONS: Execute the company's financial strategy and link it to operations. Manage financial controls and accounting procedures. Ensure full transparency on the company's financial performance both in holding and subsidiaries. Provide advice on how to increase revenues and reduce costs. Effectively and communicate potential risks promptly. Plan to ensure achievement of annual financial targets. Support the CEO in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial plans, in English to the VCs. Coordinate the Operations and Administration team according to the financial flows. Design, execution and monitoring of the company's short, medium and long-term cash flow. Maintain speed and accuracy of invoices and customer payments efficiently. Carry out funding for company projects. Coordinate and file all tax documentation as required. Provide necessary resources to team members. Define and calculate the company's KPIs.
