Description Company is building its Product Organization, and we're seeking talented individuals across multiple levels to help drive the development and execution of our product strategy. The scope of your responsibilities will depend on your seniority, from Product Owner to Senior Program Manager, as part of our structured career path. At all levels, the focus will be on delivering impactful product features that contribute to our 5x ARR growth target and scaling headcount over the next 18 months. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure that our product development aligns with business objectives and client needs. Responsibilities (depending on seniority) ✔️ Agile & Scrum Methodologies: Lead or participate in Agile practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and retrospectives, to ensure the timely and effective delivery of features. Product Roadmap Ownership: Contribute to or take full ownership of the product roadmap, defining and prioritizing features that align with business goals and client feedback. Feature Development & Prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, write user stories, and ensure they align with strategic product goals and market needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of product strategies, with a focus on features that drive ARR growth. Strategic Planning: For more senior roles, lead market analysis, strategic product planning, and mentor junior product team members, helping to shape the long-term direction of the product portfolio. Leadership & Innovation: In senior positions, oversee multiple product teams, drive product innovation, and take responsibility for the strategic direction and market positioning of the product. Qualifications 📃 B2B SaaS Best Practices: Proven track record in implementing and managing product management best practices specifically within B2B SaaS environments. This includes experience optimizing the full product lifecycle from concept to delivery and ensuring that product practices align with scalable SaaS business models. Agile/Scrum Expertise: Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including leading or participating in Scrum processes. Ability to implement best practices in sprint management, backlog prioritization, and continuous improvement cycles. Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple departments—especially engineering, sales, and customer success—to align product features with business goals and ensure a seamless client experience. Product Strategy & Execution: Experience in defining and executing product roadmaps that are aligned with business objectives, especially in B2B SaaS. Metrics & Performance: Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, including product adoption, churn, and lifetime value (LTV), with the ability to define and track KPIs for product success. Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English is a plus, with strong communication skills in both languages. This pivotal role will manage critical projects that span product development, client delivery, and internal operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Requirements Qualifications 📃 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise environments. Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies, with experience leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus. Bilingual: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday) and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus. Objetivo del Proyecto: El proyecto consiste en comprar entre 6 y 10 gift cards de un catálogo listado previamente y proceder con su redención. Se debe documentar todo el proceso de compra y canje, incluyendo la grabación de la pantalla durante ambas etapas. Responsabilidades: 1. Compra de Gift Cards: Seleccionar entre 6 y 10 gift cards de un catálogo proporcionado. Realizar el proceso de compra de las gift cards siguiendo las instrucciones detalladas. Registrar los costos asociados con la compra de las gift cards (además del pago por la redención). 2. Redención de Gift Cards: Canjear las gift cards una vez adquiridas, siguiendo los pasos del proceso de redención. Asegurarse de que cada gift card esté correctamente canjeada. 3. Documentación: Grabar en video el proceso completo de compra y redención. Asegurarse de capturar la pantalla de la computadora o dispositivo móvil durante las acciones de compra y redención. Proporcionar los videos grabados como parte de la entrega final del proyecto. 4. Entrega de Informe Final: Presentar un informe detallado que describa cada paso seguido, junto con los videos grabados. Incluir los costos de compra de las gift cards y cualquier otro detalle relevante relacionado con la adquisición y redención. Requisitos: Conocimiento en la compra y redención de gift cards de diversas plataformas. Habilidad para grabar la pantalla de manera clara y sin interrupciones. Capacidad para organizar y documentar cada paso del proceso de forma detallada. Disposición para seguir instrucciones específicas. Pago: El pago será de 35 USD por cada gift card correctamente redimida, más los costos asociados con la compra de las mismas. Duración: El proyecto debe completarse dentro de un plazo de 5  días.
