Senior Project Manager - Architectural Engineering

Objetivo del Puesto: Buscamos tres Ingenieros en Soporte de IT para integrarse a nuestro equipo de servicio. Este rol estará enfocado en brindar soporte técnico en sitio, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los sistemas y la resolución de problemas tecnológicos. Las posiciones estarán ubicadas en dos zonas: dos en la zona sur (cerca del aeropuerto) y una en la zona norte de México. Responsabilidades: Proveer soporte técnico en sitio a los usuarios en las distintas ubicaciones asignadas. Diagnosticar y resolver problemas relacionados con equipos de hardware, software y redes. Brindar asistencia en la instalación, configuración y mantenimiento de equipos y sistemas. Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos tecnológicos. Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo para garantizar la continuidad del servicio. Brindar soporte a la célula de servicio, asegurando que los problemas técnicos sean resueltos de manera eficiente y oportuna. Mantener una actitud de servicio constante, enfocado en la satisfacción del usuario final. Reportar problemas técnicos y posibles mejoras en los sistemas. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en soporte técnico IT (no se requiere experiencia en inglés). Actitud de servicio y capacidad de aprendizaje. Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficaz y rápida. Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en las zonas asignadas (zona sur y zona norte de México). Actitud proactiva y responsable. Conocimiento en soporte de hardware, software y redes (deseable pero no excluyente). Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. Condiciones: Contrato indefinido. Este puesto es parte de una célula de servicio, donde el equipo dará apoyo a la persona en terreno (sin requerir desplazamientos a campo). Reports to: CTO Education: Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies in embedded systems. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics development, including PCB design and microcontroller programming. Role Mission: The Electronic Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing electronic products, from concept through to final delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise in PCB and firmware development, as well as a holistic product vision and the ability to collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure complete and efficient product design. Desired Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in PCB and firmware development, ideally in an industrial setting. Deep understanding of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) and firmware programming languages (C, C++, etc.). Ability to view the product as a whole and understand how it integrates with other systems (mechanical, software, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail throughout the design and development process. Creativity and innovative thinking when tackling technical challenges. Commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the field of electronic engineering. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to integrate electronic components into the overall product design. Participate in the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical feasibility and product optimization. Evaluate and select suitable electronic components, considering cost, performance, and availability. Conduct testing and verification to ensure all electronic designs meet quality and safety standards. Research and stay up to date on trends and advancements in electronic technologies, applying new knowledge to product designs. Lead coordination meetings with engineering and cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from initial design through to post-sales support.

 Job Description (Engineering & Technical Operations – Projects in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy sectors) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process engineering and will be responsible for the development and review of design documentation, technical specifications, and safety analysis for complex industrial projects. This role is hands-on, analytical, and crucial to the technical integrity of our process solutions. We work on a global scale, and we can sponsor and manage relocation documentation to Madrid through our company. Experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and review Mass & Energy Balances, P&IDs, and PFDs for ongoing projects Define and/or validate the Process Design Basis Prepare technical specifications for process equipment and review vendor bids Support technical expediting activities related to process equipment procurement Conduct HAZOP and other process safety studies, ensuring risk mitigation in system designs Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure alignment of process design with project objectives Skills and Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Process Engineering roles Industry background in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy is highly preferred Proven knowledge of process design standards and engineering documentation Experience with safety studies and methodologies (e.g., HAZOP) Fluent in English (minimum level: B2) Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail This is a full-time, on-site position based in Madrid
