Objetivo del Puesto: Buscamos tres Ingenieros en Soporte de IT para integrarse a nuestro equipo de servicio. Este rol estará enfocado en brindar soporte técnico en sitio, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo para asegurar el buen funcionamiento de los sistemas y la resolución de problemas tecnológicos. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en soporte técnico IT (no se requiere experiencia en inglés). Actitud de servicio y capacidad de aprendizaje. Capacidad para resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficaz y rápida. Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en las zonas asignadas (zona sur y zona norte de México). Actitud proactiva y responsable. Conocimiento en soporte de hardware, software y redes (deseable pero no excluyente). Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva. Condiciones: Contrato indefinido. Este puesto es parte de una célula de servicio, donde el equipo dará apoyo a la persona en terreno (sin requerir desplazamientos a campo).
