Senior Project Manager - Architectural Engineering

Overview We are seeking a talented Angular Frontend Developer to join our team in building a modern, scalable platform for scheduling, CRM, and field-service management. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to create responsive, user-friendly web applications that power critical business workflows. Key Responsibilities: • Develop dynamic, component-based user interfaces using Angular (v15+) • Build complex features including calendars, dashboards, and job dispatch views • Integrate RESTful APIs to support real-time, data-driven interactions • Ensure cross-platform compatibility with responsive (PWA) designs for desktop and mobile • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high-quality user experiences • Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and maintainability • Optimize application performance, scalability, and accessibilityRequired Qualifications • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS/CSS • Proficiency with RxJS or NgRx for state management • Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling • Experience with UI libraries such as Angular Material, Tailwind, or similar • Strong grasp of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility • Comfortable working in an Agile environment with Git version controlPreferred Qualifications • Experience developing Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) or mobile-optimized interfaces • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or automated deployments • Background in building scheduling or field-service solutions (e.g., calendars, dispatch, CRM features • Advanced English is required for this position Notes: This is a short-term position for the upcoming two months.

Experience At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics development, including PCB design and microcontroller programming. Experience in industrial environments and in leading technically less experienced collaborators is a plus. Role Mission The Electronic Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing electronic products, from concept through to final delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise in PCB and firmware development, a holistic product vision, and the ability to collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure complete and efficient product design. The engineer will also lead a colleague currently working in the area who requires technical guidance, and will be expected to travel occasionally to production plants in Argentina and Brazil for on-site technical evaluations. The ideal candidate will have a senior-level technical profile— in expertise and leadership. Desired Skills and Knowledge Proven experience in PCB and firmware development, ideally in an industrial setting Deep understanding of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) and firmware programming languages (C, C++, etc.) Ability to view the product as a whole and understand how it integrates with other systems (mechanical, software, etc.) Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail throughout the design and development process Creativity and innovative thinking when tackling technical challenges Commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the field of electronic engineering Key Responsibilities Work closely with mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to integrate electronic components into the overall product design Participate in the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical feasibility and product optimization Evaluate and select suitable electronic components, considering cost, performance, and availability Conduct testing and verification to ensure all electronic designs meet quality and safety standards Research and stay up to date on trends and advancements in electronic technologies, applying new knowledge to product designs Lead coordination meetings with engineering and cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from initial design through to post-sales support Mentor and guide a team member, ensuring technical quality and growth Conduct periodic visits to industrial plants in Argentina and Brazil to perform technical analysis and integration
