Marketing & Trade Manager Position We are looking for an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Marketing & Trade Manager to design and implement our marketing plan, aiming to enhance brand value through a strong market positioning. Key Responsibilities Manage communication for brands and enhance the portfolio. Oversee product launches and projects. Develop brand strategies and positioning. Approve new products and evaluate business opportunities/categories. Conduct monthly forecast analysis. Define pricing strategies. Perform market intelligence through analysis and monitoring of competition. Reporting Structure Reports to: Manager of Central America and Caribbean Direct Reports: 1 (Trade Marketing Manager) and 6 indirect reports (Trade Marketing Coordinators) Travel Requirements Frequent travel within the Central America and Caribbean region. Office Location Panama Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree (preferred with a postgraduate qualification). Proven experience in the food/consumer goods industry (essential). 5+ years in Marketing (minimum 3 years in a similar position).
