You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand experience at every touchpoint. Your expertise in branding, BTL, and marketing will be essential in driving our marketing initiatives and fostering strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness and loyalty. - Design and implement BTL advertising campaigns that complement our ATL efforts and reach consumers in more direct and personalized ways. - Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials, including print ads, digital content, and promotional items. - Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. - Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of resources. - Coordinate with the customer service team to gather feedback and insights that inform our marketing efforts and improve customer satisfaction. - Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. - Foster strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors, to support our marketing initiatives. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep our marketing strategies fresh and competitive. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, branding, and advertising, with a focus on BTL campaigns. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results. - Strong understanding of both BTL and ATL advertising techniques and their applications. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. - Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software to track and report on campaign performance. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.
