This includes managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems using Microsoft Office Suite. You will also be responsible for data entry and database management, primarily using SAP software. - **Community Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for our online community. This includes engaging with community members, moderating discussions, and ensuring community guidelines are followed. You will work closely with other departments to relay community feedback and foster a positive and engaging online environment. - **Social Media Marketing:** Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the company’s online presence and increase engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
