Community Engagement and Administrative Specialist

Perfil que buscamos Buscamos un(a) diseñador(a) gráfico(a) senior, con enfoque en campañas 360° y alto rendimiento creativo, para una campaña masiva de marketing digital de producto financiero dirigida a mexicanos en Estados Unidos. Necesitamos un perfil altamente proactivo, con agilidad para ejecutar múltiples piezas, criterio estético sólido y experiencia desarrollando campañas integrales en medios digitales y tradicionales. Este rol requiere a alguien que pueda transformar rápidamente briefs en piezas visuales claras, poderosas y culturalmente relevantes, manteniendo estándares de calidad top. Responsabilidades clave Diseñar y adaptar todas las piezas gráficas de la campaña para: Redes sociales (orgánico y ads) Banners display y programática Email marketing Outdoor (OOH), impresos y materiales promocionales Key visuals de campaña y adaptaciones Ejecutar de forma ágil y mantener consistencia visual entre canales. Recibir feedback y realizar ajustes con rapidez sin perder calidad. Proponer soluciones visuales creativas alineadas con el tono estratégico. Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales 2 a 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. 2 a 3 años de experiencia con Social Media en general. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés). Experiencia con data-driven design o campañas segmentadas por comportamiento.

What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of experience working directly with influencers. Basic experience in negotiating and signing contracts. Strong communication skills with brands, talent, and internal teams. Organizational skills, follow-through, and positive energy. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish. Plus (Not Mandatory): Knowledge of influencer marketing in the U.S. Hispanic market. Experience in an agency or talent representation company. Connections within the creator industry.
