About the role: As a Mid-Level (Semi-Senior) Copywriter, you will be the creative pen behind our client's high-impact campaigns. Your mission is to craft persuasive narratives and copy for 360° celebrity campaigns, connecting brands with the U.S. Hispanic audience through powerful and relevant storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Write creative, culturally relevant, and adapted copy for 360° celebrity-led campaigns. Create a variety of copy, including for ads, social media captions, storytelling for reels, and short scripts. Adapt our client's brand tone of voice to the personality of each talent and the specific audiences of each platform. Collaborate closely with the Design, Community Management, and Social Listening teams to ensure complete narrative coherence. Continuously iterate and optimize messaging based on campaign performance metrics. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Copywriter, with a demonstrable focus on digital campaigns. Proven experience writing for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube formats. Excellent ability to synthesize, high creativity, and a clear orientation toward measurable results. Deep knowledge of digital culture, pop language, and the cultural nuances of the U.S. Hispanic audience. Bilingual (Spanish and English), with strong writing skills in both languages. Bonus Points: Previous experience developing campaigns with influencers or celebrities.

This is a hands-on senior-level engineering role with significant ownership and architectural responsibility.
