Esta persona no estará a cargo de la gestión de comunidades ni del diseño gráfico, pero será responsable de: Crear el calendario de contenido mensual. Redactar copies y captions. Definir el tipo de contenido (reel, carrusel, publicación estática, historia, etc.). Preparar los briefs para el diseñador (incluyendo mensajes clave, referencias e ideas visuales). Establecer los objetivos de cada pieza (engagement, educación, awareness, producto, prueba social, etc.). Asegurar que todo el contenido esté alineado con la voz de la marca y los objetivos de crecimiento. In this remote role, you will be responsible for prospecting new leads, automating outreach sequences, and engaging with decision makers to support our outbound sales strategies. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a non-managerial role and receive direct mentorship from the CRO. Key Responsibilities Prospect new leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Automate outreach and message sequences to scale lead generation. Personalize and send LinkedIn messages to decision makers. Build weekly reports and track key metrics (response rates, booked calls, etc.). Support the CRO with outbound strategies and campaign optimization. Required Skills & Experience Experience: Sales experience. Knowledge: 1 year of experience in Sales Navigator. English Level: B2 or higher (written and spoken). Personal Skills: Strong written communication skills; interest in B2B sales, prospecting, and automation; organized, proactive, and results-driven.
