You will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless communication strategy and maintain a positive public image for our brand. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by handling inquiries via email, phone, and social media platforms. Use your bilingual skills to offer clear and concise assistance in both English and Spanish, ensuring that our customers feel heard and valued. 2. Translation: Perform timely and accurate translation of product descriptions, help articles, and marketing materials from English to Spanish and vice versa. This will help us reach a wider audience and cater to the needs of our bilingual customers. 3. Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and post engaging content across our social media channels. Adapt and craft compelling social media copy in both languages to drive engagement, build community, and increase brand awareness. 4. Problem Solving: Address and solve customer issues with a positive attitude. Proactively identify common problems and suggest improvements based on customer feedback. 5. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure consistent and effective communication strategies. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Reporting: Track and report on customer service metrics and social media engagement. Use insights and feedback to continually improve our approaches and processes. Requirements: • Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages. • Proven experience in customer support, translation, or a related field. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for social media engagement. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs. • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using customer support software and social media management tools.
