Senior Social Media Marketing Strategist

Perfil que buscamos Buscamos un(a) diseñador(a) gráfico(a) senior, con enfoque en campañas 360° y alto rendimiento creativo, para una campaña masiva de marketing digital de producto financiero dirigida a mexicanos en Estados Unidos. Necesitamos un perfil altamente proactivo, con agilidad para ejecutar múltiples piezas, criterio estético sólido y experiencia desarrollando campañas integrales en medios digitales y tradicionales. Este rol requiere a alguien que pueda transformar rápidamente briefs en piezas visuales claras, poderosas y culturalmente relevantes, manteniendo estándares de calidad top. Responsabilidades clave Diseñar y adaptar todas las piezas gráficas de la campaña para: Redes sociales (orgánico y ads) Banners display y programática Email marketing Outdoor (OOH), impresos y materiales promocionales Key visuals de campaña y adaptaciones Ejecutar de forma ágil y mantener consistencia visual entre canales. Recibir feedback y realizar ajustes con rapidez sin perder calidad. Proponer soluciones visuales creativas alineadas con el tono estratégico. Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés). Experiencia con data-driven design o campañas segmentadas por comportamiento.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale digital media campaigns and will be proficient in the most current social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with client business objectives, enhancing brand recognition and engagement. Campaign Management: Oversee all stages of digital media campaigns, including planning, budgeting, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring high-quality outputs that exceed client expectations. Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and campaign-specific metrics) to measure effectiveness, optimize campaigns, and report findings to clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, SEO, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all digital channels. Budget Management: Manage digital media budgets, optimizing spend based on performance metrics and providing clear justifications for expenditures. Crisis Management: Develop strategies for managing and mitigating negative feedback or issues that may arise on social media platforms. Preferred Qualifications: >5 years of experience in digital media and social media management, with a proven track record of successfully running large-scale campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing integration. Proficient in data analytics and reporting, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, combined with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear manner. Strong proficiency in English, conversational to advanced level, but not native. Familiarity with industry certifications such as Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is desirable. Experience in managing budgets and resource allocation effectively. Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in our Lima office. Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
