Job description Key Role: Guardian of Mappa’s visual identity and creator of assets that connect with companies, talent, and VCs. What you’ll do: Design visual assets for social media, landing pages, presentations, and campaigns. Create visual narratives (motion graphics, reels, micro videos) that reinforce our “Behavior-first AI” positioning. Maintain consistency and guide the evolution of the brand across channels. Collaborate with Content and Growth teams to deliver materials that not only look great, but also drive engagement and conversion. Tools you should master (hands-on with the real stack): Design & Branding: Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar platforms. Motion & Video: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva Pro, or similar platforms. Prototyping & UX/UI: Figma or similar platforms. Collaboration & Deliverables: Miro, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace. Plus: Knowledge of AI applied to design (MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or similar tools). What we’re looking for: Experience in digital design and branding for tech or startups, with a portfolio showcasing real impact on US-based brands. Strong visual storytelling skills: ability to turn insights into memorable assets that generate engagement and conversion. Knowledge of motion design and social formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn). Advanced English (spoken and written): able to collaborate seamlessly with international teams and US clients.

We're seeking an experienced LLM/ML Specialist with deep expertise in LLaMA models or other open source and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and production deployment of language models. You'll build and optimize RAG pipelines, implement vector databases, and develop efficient inference solutions. The Role: We are looking for five Accountants to join our team as soon as possible. This role is ideal for professionals with solid accounting expertise who can adapt to evolving technological processes in financial operations. You will work closely with the Accounting Service Manager and other teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance, supporting our mission of fostering small business growth. Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping & Transactions: Accurately record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP standards. Account Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Tax Support: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with audits and tax filings as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial operations, increase efficiency, and reduce errors. Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless accounting processes. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of accounting experience (reduced requirement due to technology-driven process changes). We highly value candidates with background in companies such as: Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG. Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and proficiency in Excel. Knowledge: Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools and adjust to evolving accounting technologies.
