Conduct thorough assessments of HR needs and recommend effective solutions to address challenges and opportunities. 4. **Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:** Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce. 5. **Sales and Business Development:** Collaborate with the sales team to understand the hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment campaigns. Participate in client meetings to present our HR solutions and demonstrate the value of our services. 6. **Management:** Supervise and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the HR department. A master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - **Skills:** Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
