El candidato ideal deberá contar con sólida experiencia en el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales, gestión de relaciones con clientes y conocimiento del mercado de servicios financieros y tecnología. Responsabilidades del puesto: Desarrollar, diseñar, e implementar estrategias comerciales para el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes orientadas al sector privado. Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y tendencias del mercado. Analizar la competencia y necesidades del cliente Mantener y fortalecer las relaciones con clientes clave, socios y proveedores. Elaborar informes que respalden decisiones comerciales. Dirigir y motivar al equipo comercial para la consecución de objetivos. Formación de un equipo comercial generando su desarrollo continuo para mejorar las habilidades comercial y consecución. Trabajar en conjunto con otras áreas para asegurar la alineación de las estrategias comerciales. Requisitos: Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Finanzas, Marketing o afines Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en ventas o gestión comercial, preferiblemente en el sector de medios de pago o tecnología financiera.
