El Rol Estamos empezando desde cero y buscamos un ingeniero fundacional que sea dueño tanto de nuestro desarrollo backend como de nuestra infraestructura y plataforma. No solo vas a construir, también vas a decidir cómo lo hacemos: qué lenguajes, frameworks y herramientas vamos a usar, y cómo vamos a escalar todo a medida que la empresa crece. Este es un rol de alto impacto: tus decisiones van a marcar el rumbo tecnológico de la compañía por años. Lo que vas a hacer Diseñar y desarrollar nuestros servicios y APIs backend desde cero. Definir nuestro stack tecnológico (lenguajes, frameworks, herramientas de infraestructura). Configurar y administrar nuestra infraestructura en la nube (de Dev a Producción). Implementar pipelines de CI/CD y flujos modernos de desarrollo. Establecer monitorización, logging y alertas para garantizar confiabilidad. Crear estándares de seguridad y buenas prácticas desde el día uno. Ser la referencia principal en backend e infraestructura mientras escalamos. Lo que buscamos +5 años de experiencia en ingeniería backend y/o infraestructura. Sólidas habilidades de programación y diseño de sistemas backend. Experiencia práctica con al menos un proveedor de nube (AWS, Azure, GCP). Conocimiento en automatización de infraestructura (Terraform, Ansible, etc.). Experiencia implementando CI/CD y herramientas de observabilidad. Mentalidad de builder: cómodo definiendo herramientas y procesos desde cero.
