Role Overview We are seeking a Motion Designer with a strong background in video production and creative design to create impactful 30-second videos that effectively summarize key achievements. The ideal candidate is skilled in motion graphics, editing, and 3D animation, with a high level of creativity and technical expertise in tools like After Effects or similar software. Key Responsibilities: Video Creation and Editing: Produce short, engaging 30-second videos that summarize accomplishments and highlight milestones. Edit video content with precision, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth transitions. Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and animate motion graphics using software such as After Effects or similar tools. Integrate 3D elements into videos to create dynamic and visually appealing content. Develop creative and original concepts that enhance storytelling and brand communication. Graphic Design Integration: Utilize design skills to create complementary visual assets for videos. Ensure cohesive aesthetics by blending graphic design and motion elements seamlessly. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals and requirements. Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the quality and impact of video content. Requirements: Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role. Proficiency in motion graphics software, particularly After Effects, as well as other video editing tools. Knowledge of 3D animation and design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). Strong understanding of graphic design principles and their application in motion graphics. Excellent creative and storytelling skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing projects is required.

Banking Provider Researcher (International Transfers Testing) Location: Remote Project Description: We are looking for companies from the following countries that have at least two active bank accounts and can send and receive international payments. This search is part of a testing project to evaluate the costs associated with international money transfers and the process of accessing funds. Selected companies will conduct a series of tests, moving funds and assessing the associated fees and challenges. Eligible Countries: Mexico Brazil China Colombia Spain Hong Kong/Japan Chile/Uruguay Jamaica Peru Dominican Republic Responsibilities: Identify and contact companies with at least two active accounts capable of making international transactions. Send and/or receive international transfers as part of the testing process. For companies sending money, they will receive an initial sum to transfer and report back on the costs involved in accessing the funds and completing the transaction. For companies receiving money, they will report back on any costs incurred to access and utilize the funds. Document all fees, transfer times, and any other relevant factors in the process. Provide detailed reports on the overall experience, including transaction fees, timing, and ease of access to funds. Requirements: Must be based in one of the eligible countries listed above. Must have at least two active bank accounts capable of handling international transactions. Ability to send and/or receive international transfers and track the associated costs. Strong ability to document and report on costs, transfer times, and other related challenges. Previous experience with international banking or payment services is a plus. Strong communication skills to liaise with banking providers and report findings. Compensation: Participants will receive a compensation of approximately 500 USD, depending on the number of transactions they complete during the testing process.
