Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular updates to clients, and recommend data-driven optimizations. Proactively identify upselling opportunities and additional services to expand client accounts. Requirements Advanced English proficiency. Proven experience working in marketing agencies. Strong proficiency with tools for project management, analytics, and presentations. Over 4 years of experience in account management or related roles.
