Perfil que buscamos Buscamos un(a) diseñador(a) gráfico(a) senior, con enfoque en campañas 360° y alto rendimiento creativo, para una campaña masiva de marketing digital de producto financiero dirigida a mexicanos en Estados Unidos. Necesitamos un perfil altamente proactivo, con agilidad para ejecutar múltiples piezas, criterio estético sólido y experiencia desarrollando campañas integrales en medios digitales y tradicionales. Este rol requiere a alguien que pueda transformar rápidamente briefs en piezas visuales claras, poderosas y culturalmente relevantes, manteniendo estándares de calidad top. Responsabilidades clave Diseñar y adaptar todas las piezas gráficas de la campaña para: Redes sociales (orgánico y ads) Banners display y programática Email marketing Outdoor (OOH), impresos y materiales promocionales Key visuals de campaña y adaptaciones Ejecutar de forma ágil y mantener consistencia visual entre canales. Recibir feedback y realizar ajustes con rapidez sin perder calidad. Proponer soluciones visuales creativas alineadas con el tono estratégico. Entregar artes finales listas para producción y/o publicación. Colaborar activamente con creativos, copywriters y media planners. Herramientas y habilidades técnicas necesarias Adobe Photoshop (avanzado) Adobe Illustrator (avanzado) InDesign After Effects (nivel básico/intermedio para motion simple) Figma (deseable) Canva Pro (versatilidad para entregas exprés) Conocimiento básico en formatos para digital ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email y OOH Requisitos esenciales 2 a 3 años de experiencia en diseño gráfico aplicado a campañas de alto impacto. 2 a 3 años de experiencia con Social Media en general. Experiencia en productos financieros, fintech, remesas o campañas para audiencias hispanas. Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión con entregas rápidas y múltiples versiones. Altísimo nivel de detalle, estética y ejecución limpia. Experiencia trabajando en equipos creativos multidisciplinarios. Portafolio indispensable con campañas integradas. Extras que suman puntos (no excluyentes): Conocimiento general de UX/UI (para entender flujos, no para diseñarlos). Bilingüe (español/inglés). Experiencia con data-driven design o campañas segmentadas por comportamiento.

As we scale, we need a project manager with a tech-first mindset to help us deliver with speed, structure, and quality. Role Purpose Lead the execution of cross-functional projects across engineering, product, and QA. You’ll be responsible for keeping teams aligned, sprints on track, and deliverables up to spec—while ensuring functionality through hands-on testing and technical understanding. Key Outcomes (First 6 Months) Lead the successful delivery of at least 3 product or infra releases, on time and within scope. Implement and streamline a project tracking workflow using Linear and Agile best practices. Define and standardize delivery documentation across engineering and QA. Reduce cycle time per sprint by ≥ 20% through improved coordination and process clarity. Core Responsibilities Own project timelines, scope, and delivery across multiple squads. Manage day-to-day execution: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Coordinate closely with QA to ensure quality gates and testing coverage before releases. Review and approve deliverables, flagging risks or blockers early. Track progress and status in Linear; maintain visibility through reports and dashboards. Collaborate with Engineering and Product to define MVPs, acceptance criteria, and testable functionality. Role Purpose Design and maintain test automation systems that guarantee the stability, performance, and trustworthiness of Mappa’s voice-AI platform. You'll lead the creation of robust test cases, frameworks, and regression suites integrated with our CI/CD pipelines. Key Outcomes (First 6 Months) Implement automated test coverage for all core application components (frontend and backend). Reduce manual regression testing time by ≥ 60% via automation. Detect and prevent critical bugs pre-deployment in at least 90% of release cycles. Integrate testing into our CI/CD workflows and ship reliable builds multiple times per week. Core Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end, integration, and regression test cases for web and backend components. Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Python, TypeScript, Selenium, Puppeteer, and PyTest/Bun.
