We are seeking an experienced IT Crisis Management Expert focused on handling legal and data breach situations. This role requires expertise in managing high-stakes incidents where sensitive information may have been compromised, and navigating the legal implications that arise from such breaches. Responsibilities: - Lead responses to data breaches and cybersecurity incidents. - Manage legal aspects related to data leaks, including customer complaints and regulatory compliance. - Coordinate with legal teams to ensure the organization meets all requirements for data breach notifications. - Develop and implement crisis response protocols to minimize damage and legal risk. - Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders and authorities during a crisis.
