Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Customer Success Engineer to join our team. This role is designed for individuals who are equally comfortable discussing complex technical details and driving sales and customer success initiatives. You will be the bridge between our customers and our engineering team, ensuring successful integrations and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support & Integration: - Assist customers with the integration of API into their systems, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support. - Work closely with the engineering team to resolve customer issues and improve the integration process. - Conduct technical training sessions and webinars for customers. Customer Success Management & Business Development: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their success with our platform. - Monitor customer health and proactively address any issues to improve customer retention and satisfaction. - Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products, services and processes. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions. - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for expanding our customer base. - Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, support assets and presentations to prospective clients. Qualifications: Technical Expertise: - Strong understanding of APIs and SDKs, data integration, and the wearable health device industry. - Experience in a technical support or customer success role, preferably within a SaaS or tech company. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions. Sales Acumen: - Proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and sales pitches. Interpersonal Skills: - Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset. - Proactive and solution-oriented approach to addressing customer needs. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and sales. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with health and wellness industry standards and regulations. - Experience working with wearable health devices or health data integration platforms. - Knowledge of programming languages and software development processes.
