Sobre la Posición Buscamos un/a Account Executive (AE) con mentalidad hunter y farmer para integrarse al equipo comercial. Será responsable de impulsar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes y contribuir activamente al crecimiento de la base de clientes. Esta posición combina prospección, gestión de cuentas y acompañamiento estratégico, ideal para perfiles con actitud emprendedora, orientación a resultados y pasión por el mundo AgTech. El/la AE comenzará gestionando una cartera de clientes en expansión, con alto potencial de crecimiento, y trabajará directamente con el Líder de Ventas. Misión de la Posición El Account Executive es responsable de la comercialización de los productos de la empresa, abarcando todo el ciclo de venta: desde la identificación de prospectos hasta el cierre y renovación de contratos. Su misión es desarrollar clientes potenciales, generar relaciones de valor y asegurar la retención y expansión de las cuentas dentro de su cartera. Responsabilidades Identificar, contactar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades comerciales. Conocer en profundidad los productos y servicios para cada tipo de cliente. Entender el mercado y la competencia (momentos de venta y de compra). Gestionar y hacer crecer una cartera de clientes, promoviendo la retención y el upselling. Realizar presentaciones comerciales y técnico-comerciales. Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, producto y customer success para maximizar resultados. Brindar retroalimentación sobre procesos, producto y propuesta de valor. Buscar la mayor eficiencia comercial y contribuir a la mejora continua. Lo que Buscamos Formación: Ingeniero/a Agrónomo/a o carrera afín. Experiencia en ventas y atención a clientes. Perfil comercial con capacidad de negociación. Disponibilidad para viajar. Requisitos deseables: Residencia en CABA o alrededores. Presencial 3x por semana si estás en CABA. Experiencia en empresas AgTech o en gestión de agricultura digital / agricultura de precisión. Remote: Colombia or LATAM We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web platforms through comprehensive testing and automation. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, testing methodologies, and experience with modern automation tools like Reflect and Tosca, as well as proficiency in API testing with Postman, database testing with SQL, and the ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements.
