Role Overview We are seeking a Motion Designer with a strong background in video production and creative design to create impactful 30-second videos that effectively summarize key achievements. The ideal candidate is skilled in motion graphics, editing, and 3D animation, with a high level of creativity and technical expertise in tools like After Effects or similar software. Key Responsibilities: Video Creation and Editing: Produce short, engaging 30-second videos that summarize accomplishments and highlight milestones. Edit video content with precision, ensuring high-quality visuals and smooth transitions. Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and animate motion graphics using software such as After Effects or similar tools. Integrate 3D elements into videos to create dynamic and visually appealing content. Develop creative and original concepts that enhance storytelling and brand communication. Graphic Design Integration: Utilize design skills to create complementary visual assets for videos. Ensure cohesive aesthetics by blending graphic design and motion elements seamlessly. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to understand project goals and requirements. Contribute innovative ideas to elevate the quality and impact of video content. Requirements: Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role. Proficiency in motion graphics software, particularly After Effects, as well as other video editing tools. Knowledge of 3D animation and design tools (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). Strong understanding of graphic design principles and their application in motion graphics. Excellent creative and storytelling skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous motion design and video editing projects is required.
