Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic, multi-dynamic and organized Executive Virtual Assistant with a marketing background to work directly with the creative director and CEO. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating efficient business processes and supporting the development of our brands and the automation of our ecommerce sales channels and marketing communications. Key Responsibilities: Ecommerce Sales Management: Assist with the administration of multi sales channels platforms and the upkeeping of product listings, sales fulfillment, and dropshipping. Marketing Communications Automation: Collaborate with the CEO to create, organize and manage our digital assets using AI design & marketing software tools. Implement automated business processes to streamline the communication of our product offers via email, social media, funnel pages, and marketplaces. Content Creation Coordination: Assist in coordinating the creation of visual, written, and audio content, courses as well as physical product designs. Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to ensure seamless integration of content and messaging across digital channels platforms. Coordinate the launch of live experiences and events, including live broadcasts, and further repurpose them into digital educational programs. Qualifications: Previous experience as an assistant, preferably in a marketing, ecommerce or media production environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and execution. Familiarity in using software tools for file management and business automation. Proficiency with ecommerce and digital marketing platforms, including Canva, TikTok, Meta Ads, Etsy, Amazon, ClickFunnels or GoHighLevel or Upviral. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for personal development, spirituality, and the health & wellness space. Bilingual.
