Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes that inform strategic decisions. Create compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase strategies, campaign proposals, and performance reports to clients. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth campaign execution. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular updates to clients, and recommend data-driven optimizations. Proactively identify upselling opportunities and additional services to expand client accounts. Requirements Advanced English proficiency. Proven experience working in marketing agencies. Strong proficiency with tools for project management, analytics, and presentations. Over 4 years of experience in account management or related roles.
