Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end production processes from planning to execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget goals. Mentor and manage a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and delivering exceptional results. Negotiate and oversee relationships with vendors and service providers, securing optimal resources and pricing. Plan, coordinate, and execute onsite and offsite events, ensuring each detail enhances attendee experience. Manage logistics for smooth operations across all event phases. Monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Innovate and apply industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge. Maintain clear communication with internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure aligned goals and flawless execution. Identify and resolve potential issues with effective problem-solving strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in production management, particularly in BTL and event environments. Deep understanding of event logistics, BTL strategies, and meticulous attention to detail. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Ability to manage complex projects and teams with a proactive, forward-thinking mindset. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Availability to travel throughout Latin America, especially to the Caribbean. Must possess a valid U.S. visa.
