Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, among others. Skills in prototyping, wireframing, and interaction design. An impressive portfolio showcasing your ability to create effective and engaging user experiences. Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment. Experience in developing design systems or atomic design.

About the role: We are seeking a CREATIVE and strategic Digital Influencer Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence across social media platforms, managing influencer relationships, and executing effective email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, influencer marketing, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Content Coordination: ・ Develop and implement a creative social media strategy aligned with business goals. ・ Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and publishing of engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms. ・ Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and strategy. 2. Influencer Relationship Management: ・ Identify, engage, and establish relationships with key influencers in our industry. ・ Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive engagement. ・ Negotiate contracts and manage influencer agreements to ensure alignment with brand objectives and budget. 3. Email Marketing: ・ Design and execute email marketing campaigns that are engaging, and drive conversions. ・ Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve email marketing effectiveness.Qualifications: ・ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ・ Proven experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and email marketing. ・ Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), trends, and their analytics tools. ・ Exceptional creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and content. ・ Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ・ Proficient in using email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). ・ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with digital advertising is a plus.

Agencia líder en influencer marketing y estrategia digital en el mercado hispano de EE. UU. busca un Líder Senior de Cuenta para integrarse directamente con el equipo del cliente en CDMX, como punto de contacto clave para la ejecución de una campaña 360 enfocada en el mercado hispano en EE. UU. Tu misión Serás el puente entre la marca y la agencia, liderando la ejecución impecable de una estrategia social-first que también incluye OOH, televisión, podcasts y más. Supervisarás equipos creativos, de contenido e influencers, asegurando que todos los frentes avancen alineados con los objetivos del cliente. Responsabilidades Ser el punto de contacto diario con el equipo de marketing de la marca. Liderar y supervisar la implementación de la campaña en todos los canales (social, OOH, TV, podcast, etc.). Coordinar el trabajo entre el equipo de la agencia y los stakeholders del cliente. Usar herramientas de project management (ClickUp, Notion, Asana o similares) para asegurar entregables on time y con calidad. Participar activamente en reuniones presenciales (2-3 días por semana) en la oficina de la marca en CDMX. Organizar y presentar reportes de avance (Excel, dashboards, KPIs). Colaborar con equipos creativos y de producción para asegurar una ejecución alineada con la marca. Gestionar procesos internos por Slack y Google Workspace. Lo que buscamos +5 años de experiencia liderando cuentas de marketing o publicidad. Experiencia con campañas multiculturales o mercado hispano (deseable). Nivel alto de organización, comunicación y liderazgo. Dominio de herramientas como Slack, Excel, herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Inglés intermedio-avanzado (la campaña es en EE. UU.). Plus si tienes: Background en agencias digitales o de influencer marketing. Experiencia trabajando dentro o junto a equipos de producto financiero o fintech. Creatividad y criterio para revisar contenido que conecte con audiencias hispanas.
