This is a part-time (20h/week), ongoing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions. As a startup, we value flexibility, autonomy, and a hands-on mindset. Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery. Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components. Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment. Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products. Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms. Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Figma (required). Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English. Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup. Nice to Have Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets. Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices. Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.

Role Overview You will work directly with the Partners across AI, operations, and systems design to build scalable internal workflows, automate processes, and bring structure to how we manage information, pipeline, and priorities. This is a deep-work, systems-focused role — not sourcing or events. What You’ll Do AI-Enabled Workflow Design Audit existing tools (email, Slack, Notion, Airtable, CRM) and identify friction points. Build AI-powered workflows for deal triage, research, summarization, communication drafts, and meeting synthesis. Treat AI as a practical force multiplier focused on clarity and reliability. Systems, Structure & Knowledge Management Build and maintain the firm’s operating spine using Airtable and other AI tools. Create schemas, tagging systems, and playbooks for pipeline, portfolio, and stakeholder tracking. Turn partner thinking into structured, searchable knowledge bases. Automation & Integrations Use tools like Zapier/Make and APIs to connect systems, reduce manual work, and keep data synchronized. Maintain automations as tools and processes evolve. Light Analytics & Reporting Support Partners with insights for IC discussions, portfolio updates, and LP conversations. Build simple dashboards or queries to answer recurring questions. Special Projects Own operational or strategic initiatives that increase Partner leverage (content engines, process codification, templates, checklists, event simplification). Comfort with data work (spreadsheets, basic queries; bonus for APIs/scripting). Strong written communication; ability to work remote-first with high reliability. Este rol exige un profundo entendimiento de APIs, webhooks, sincronización de datos y bases de datos relacionales. Serás el responsable técnico de integraciones críticas end-to-end, asegurando su confiabilidad, escalabilidad y continuidad operativa. Responsabilidades Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener servicios backend en TypeScript que conecten nuestra plataforma (Next.js, PostHog y servicios TS) con HubSpot y otros CRMs. Ser dueño del ciclo completo de integraciones vía APIs y webhooks: diseño, implementación, monitoreo, logging y debugging. Modelar y mantener flujos de datos complejos (leads, contactos, deals, actividades, pipelines), garantizando sincronización estable y confiable. Escribir y optimizar consultas SQL o integraciones mediante Prisma para soportar los procesos de sincronización. Colaborar con el equipo de producto para mejorar y extender las capacidades de nuestra integración con HubSpot. Requisitos Dominio sólido de TypeScript en backend. Experiencia probada construyendo integraciones mediante APIs HTTP y webhooks (autenticación, reintentos, idempotencia, manejo de errores). Experiencia trabajando con SQL o Prisma sobre bases de datos relacionales. Capacidad y disposición para profundizar en HubSpot CRM: estructuras, pipelines, objetos, associations, workflows y limitaciones de la API. Deseable Experiencia directa desarrollando integraciones con HubSpot (fuertemente valorado) o con otros CRMs como Zoho, Pipedrive o Salesforce. Conocimiento de arquitecturas event-driven y uso de colas de mensajes. Familiaridad con PostHog u otras herramientas de analítica. Experiencia implementando procesos de monitoreo y observabilidad en integraciones.
