Reports to: CTO Education: Degree in Electronic Engineering, preferably with postgraduate studies in embedded systems. Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in electronics development, including PCB design and microcontroller programming. Role Mission: The Electronic Engineer will play a key role in designing and developing electronic products, from concept through to final delivery. This position requires strong technical expertise in PCB and firmware development, as well as a holistic product vision and the ability to collaborate closely with other engineers to ensure complete and efficient product design. Desired Skills and Knowledge: Proven experience in PCB and firmware development, ideally in an industrial setting. Deep understanding of PCB design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad) and firmware programming languages (C, C++, etc.). Ability to view the product as a whole and understand how it integrates with other systems (mechanical, software, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with fellow engineers and cross-functional teams. Problem-solving mindset and keen attention to detail throughout the design and development process. Creativity and innovative thinking when tackling technical challenges. Commitment to continuous learning and personal development within the field of electronic engineering. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with mechanical, software, and other engineering teams to integrate electronic components into the overall product design. Participate in the design process from concept to production, ensuring technical feasibility and product optimization. Evaluate and select suitable electronic components, considering cost, performance, and availability. Conduct testing and verification to ensure all electronic designs meet quality and safety standards. Research and stay up to date on trends and advancements in electronic technologies, applying new knowledge to product designs. Lead coordination meetings with engineering and cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve issues, and ensure effective collaboration. Provide technical support and guidance throughout the product lifecycle—from initial design through to post-sales support.
