Junior Developer – AI Agents & Venture Tech We’re looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join our venture capital tech team and lead a project focused on building autonomous AI agents that help us identify promising startup founders. Key Responsibilities Design and build workflows using tools like LangChain, LLM APIs, and scrapers Integrate messy, unstructured data into clear, actionable founder profiles Create simple dashboards, APIs, or notebooks to present insights to non-technical users Experiment with evaluation models using embeddings, heuristics, and founder scoring Test your tools directly in our real-world startup evaluation process Take full technical ownership of the project—from prototyping to iteration Think critically about signal quality, even more than perfect code Collaborate closely with a small team that values speed, creativity, and real impact Requirements Experience with AI agents, scrapers, or automation workflows Comfortable working independently on open-ended problems Strong interest in startups, founders, and how high-impact companies emerge Bonus: Familiarity with LangChain, vector stores, or knowledge graphs
