Job Title: Marketing Automation Manager (B2B2C)
Work Model: Hybrid (Remote on Mondays and Fridays. In-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Grapevine, TX)
Schedule: Full-Time

Profile We're Looking For:We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager with an analytical and data-driven mindset to develop, implement, and optimize our automation strategies across B2B and B2C segments. We need a proactive profile with strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and roles, including sales leadership. The ideal candidate will transform data into personalized and effective campaigns that increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Design and execute automation strategies aligned with business objectives, developing segmentation models for B2B and B2C customers.
Campaign Execution: Manage the creation and execution of email campaigns, customer journeys, and lead nurturing workflows across channels like email, SMS, and web.
System Management: Oversee the daily management of the marketing automation platform (HubSpot), optimizing workflows to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Lead & Funnel Management: Develop and maintain lead scoring models, managing the lead flow and ensuring a proper handoff to the sales team.
Analytics & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, clicks, ROI) and create dashboards in HubSpot to present insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and customer success teams to align automation initiatives with business needs.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation. Test and experiment with new strategies and technologies to optimize campaign performance and the customer experience.
Necessary Tools and Technical Skills:
HubSpot (Advanced): Deep experience with the platform, including CRM and workflow automation.
Integrations: Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot.
Automation Platforms: Strong experience with platforms like Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign.
Analytics Tools: Knowledge of Google Analytics and CRM reporting tools.
HTML/CSS: Basic understanding for email template customization.
Essential Requirements:
Experience:
3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a B2B2C environment.
Proven experience in B2B and B2C lead generation and conversion strategies.
Successful track record of managing email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and customer journeys.
Skills:
Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Ability to manage complex workflows, data, and projects with high attention to detail.
Certifications & Education:
HubSpot Certifications (Nice to have): Proof of certifications such as HubSpot Marketing Software, Inbound Marketing, and/or Email Marketing will be required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
