As an Account Manager at our company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving ongoing success. Your mission will be to build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our platform. You will oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding to contract management, understanding their needs, and ensuring seamless processes. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to relay client insights and ensure commitments are met. Responsibilities: Onboard new clients and guide them through the contracting process, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of their requirements. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to proactively address needs and maintain high satisfaction levels. Manage client portfolios effectively, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer retention and growth. Optimize the sales funnel to convert leads into satisfied customers and expand business opportunities. Close additional deals and upselling opportunities with existing clients to maximize revenue. Provide valuable feedback to internal teams (product, sales, operations) based on client interactions to drive continuous improvement. Support overall initiatives focused on enhancing customer success and driving company growth. Requirements: Proven experience in Customer Success, Sales, or related fields. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously. Customer-centric mindset with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. Proactivity and ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
