Remote: Colombia or LATAM We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our web platforms through comprehensive testing and automation. This role requires a strong understanding of web technologies, testing methodologies, and experience with modern automation tools like Reflect and Tosca, as well as proficiency in API testing with Postman, database testing with SQL, and the ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from various sources. - Translate business requirements into clear and concise testable specifications. - Participate in requirements review meetings and provide constructive feedback. - Identify and clarify ambiguities in requirements. - Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web platforms. - Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking systems. - Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. - Design, implement, and maintain automated test suites using automated tools. - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports. - Stay up-to-date with the latest testing trends and technologies. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvements. - Create and maintain test data. - Perform API testing using Postman to validate web services. - Execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and perform database testing.Requisitos:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a QA Analyst, with a focus on web platform testing. - Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with manual and automated testing methodologies. - Hands-on experience with test automation tools, specifically Reflect, Tosca, Selenium or Functionize. - Familiarity with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in API testing with Postman. - Strong SQL skills for database testing and data validation. - Ability to effectively gather and analyze requirements. - Strong ability to document requirements.
