We are looking for a Project Marketing Manager to join our team and take charge of managing client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of impactful campaigns. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication abilities to deliver top-notch results and strengthen client partnerships. Location: Bogotá, Colombia Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships to understand their business objectives and marketing needs. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive strategies aligned with client goals. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes that inform strategic decisions. Create compelling, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase strategies, campaign proposals, and performance reports to clients. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure smooth campaign execution. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that are timely, within budget, and meet quality standards. Monitor campaign performance metrics, provide regular updates to clients, and recommend data-driven optimizations. Proactively identify upselling opportunities and additional services to expand client accounts. Requirements Advanced English proficiency. Proven experience working in marketing agencies. Strong proficiency with tools for project management, analytics, and presentations. Proven experience as an Account Executive in an agency environment. Ideally, experience working with large or multinational brands, from the client-side perspective. Strong ability to manage and filter clients, ensuring clear communication and effective client handling Knowledge of marketing principles and practices. Over 4 years of experience in account management or related roles. Valid US Visa to facilitate client interactions and travel.
