Role Overview: Seeking an experienced, hands-on marketer to own and optimize all paid acquisition channels for MX Build, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. This is an execution-focused role (not managerial) requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and comfort working with AI-powered tools. Requirements 5–10+ years hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid digital acquisition Proven track record in performance marketing with data-driven decision-making Strong skills in campaign setup, optimization, testing, and reporting Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate research, copy, and optimization Excellent English (written and verbal); able to craft high-quality ad copy Strong analytical background: audience segmentation, funnel analysis, attribution Experience managing budgets and achieving CAC/ROAS targets Familiar with landing page testing, CRO, and funnel optimization (nice to have) Creative mindset for messaging, even if design support comes from elsewhere Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starter—able to own campaigns end-to-end Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube Manage and optimize Meta Ads (FB/IG) and other emerging channels Build, test, and refine audiences, messaging, and funnel flows Report weekly on performance: spend, CAC, ROAS, conversions, and insights Collaborate with internal team on landing pages, creative assets, and messaging Execute A/B tests and iterate quickly based on data Stay current on platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices A 3-month contract-to-hire model, with continuation contingent on performance.
