This is a part-time (20h/week), ongoing role, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with product and engineering teams, translating complex requirements into clear, user-centered design solutions. As a startup, we value flexibility, autonomy, and a hands-on mindset. Responsibilities Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web-based SaaS products. Improve usability and visual consistency across the platform. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to shape features from concept to delivery. Apply UX thinking to simplify complex, data-heavy or financial interfaces. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI components. Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment. Support marketing initiatives when needed, including visual assets and design for marketing content. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer working on SaaS products. Strong preference for experience in fintech, finance, or data-heavy platforms. Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, and interaction design. Strong visual design skills with high attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Figma (required). Ability to communicate design decisions clearly in English. Comfortable working independently and managing priorities in a part-time setup. Nice to Have Graphic design skills, especially to support marketing content and visual assets. Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing startups. Familiarity with design systems and accessibility best practices. Experience collaborating in remote, distributed teams.
